It's looking a lot better. The two things that do kinda pop out to me though are that the head bobs a bit as he starts to smile after he delivers his line, and that after his left hand does that motion as he's talking, it kinda locks in place.
Hey Kuan I forgot to tell you that I have the gun scaled a little differently then in your scene, I have it scaled as followed (scale x 0.145, Y 0.25, Z 0.25) Also one more thing the hat seems to be sitting on his head a little funny, its to the side a little too much and maybe needs to be moved slightly down
